WHAT'S INCLUDED
INDIVIDUALIZED PROGRAMMING
Athletes will receive customized training programs designed to address their specific needs, goals, and sport-specific requirements. The workouts will be tailored to enhance their performance, improve strength, agility, endurance, and address any areas of weakness.
EXPERT COACHING
Qualified trainers at Stevens Training and Performance will provide hands-on coaching and guidance throughout the session. They will ensure proper form and technique, offer modifications as needed, and push athletes to reach their full potential Athletes will receive personalized attention and feedback to optimize their training and prevent injuries.
MOTIVATING ENVIRONMENT
Athletes will train alongside a small group of like-minded individuals, creating a supportive and motivating environment. The group dynamic fosters friendly competition, encourages athletes to push their limits, and provides an opportunity for camaraderie and shared experiences.
PERFORMANCE TRACKING
The Train Heroic app will be utilized to track athletes' progress and analyze their performance. Athletes can log their workouts, track weights lifted, monitor improvements, and receive valuable insights into their training progression. This data- driven approach helps athletes and trainers identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
MONTHLY ASSESSMENTS
Athletes will work closely with the trainers at Stevens Training and Performance to establish short-term and long-term goals. The trainers will monitor their progress, adjust training programs accordingly, and provide ongoing support and guidance to help athletes achieve their targets.
INJURY PREVENTION
The trainers will incorporate injury prevention techniques and recovery strategies into the training sessions. This may include mobility exercises, foam rolling. stretching routines, and other practices aimed at reducing the risk of injuries and optimizing athletes' overall well-being.

WELCOME TO CROSSFIT NXT GEN
At Crossfit Wildwood, we know that teaching kids healthy habits will lead to a lifetime of benefit. That’s why we’ve developed CrossFit NXT GEN, a strength and conditioning program designed for kids in grades 6-8.
This program focuses on teaching middle school athletes how to develop healthy lifestyle habits and establish a lifelong love for fitness.
Our coaches provide a safe and encouraging environment where these young athletes learn proper weightlifting technique to increase strength and power and basic gymnastics skills to improve agility, mobility, and flexibility. CrossFit NXT GEN is committed to helping all kids achieve their goals, gain self confidence, and learn to be part of a team.
