Joe Cates

Meet Joe. He loves CrossFit and exercising with friends. He found CrossFit in February of 2016 and has never looked back. Joe became a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer in July of 2016 and started coaching shortly thereafter. He is passionate about helping people feel their best and meet their goals; it is highly rewarding.

Before CrossFit, Joe boxed, was in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), and played soccer. He also enjoys watersports such as wakeboarding, wakesurfing, tubing, and water skiing. Other hobbies include hanging out with friends, shooting guns, riding horses, and just relaxing. Joe is currently working on his Associates Degree at St. Louis Community College.
