On-Ramp Pricing

On-Ramp is a four-session one-on-one training program with owner Mike Petruso to familiarize you with CrossFit. We do a fitness assessment, then coach you on form, technique, movement patterns, and motor skill development. This gets your CrossFit program started and prepares you for group classes.

On-Ramp is mandatory if new to CrossFit: $160.00 —  4 sessions

Class Pricing Per Month

For a major boost in your fitness level, we recommend a minimum of two classes per week. Three or more classes per week will get you to your ultimate fitness goals before you know it.

  • $120 month to month or $110 with 12 month contract (2 times per week)
  • $135 month to month or $125 with 12 month contract (3 times per week)
  • $160 month to month or $150 with 12 month contract (Unlimted)
  • $165 — 10 class punch card good for 6 months
  • Drop In – $20. $30 with a purchase of T-Shirt
  • Students, Veterans, Military save 15%

Personal Training Packages

Price per hour. Sold in packages. Every 4 sessions save an additional 10%.

  • $70 — 1 hour
  • $63 — 4 hours
  • $56 — 8 hours
  • $51 — 12 hours
  • $46 — 16 hours
