Kids Crossfit

What to expect

Fun and fitness!  Just like mom and dad your child will do CrossFit–constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity–scaled to the appropriate level for their age and ability.  Skills and workouts are based on those programmed for the adult classes.  The first class (CrossFit Kids Level 1) will be more game oriented, but will still emphasize proper movement and mechanics.  The second class (CrossFit Kids Level 2) will be more challenging than the CFK Level 1 class, but still fun.

The class schedule is as follows:
  • Tuesdays 7 pm to 7:45 pm
  • Wednesdays 7 pm to 7:45 pm
  • Thursdays 7 pm to 7:45 pm

Why it is beneficial

Kids need to move!  Not only will your child get a great workout, but they will learn how to perform functional movements with proper mechanics.  Starting them young will help foster a lifelong love of fitness.
