HEALTHY HABITS AND A LOVE FOR FITNESS
CrossFit JV is a strength and conditioning program designed for kids in Grades 6-8. This program focuses on teaching middle school athletes how to develop healthy lifestyle habits and establish a lifelong love for fitness. Our coaches provide a safe and encouraging environment where the athletes learn proper weightlifting technique to increase strength and power and basic gymnastics skills to improve agility, mobility, and flexibility. CrossFit JV is committed to helping all kids to achieve their goals, gain self confidence, and learn to be part of a team.
