Jessie and her husband Keith, daughter Danielle, and dog Oliver moved to Wildwood in 2015 after living in the Chicago suburbs for 13 years – GO CUBS! She started CrossFit back in 2012 and has been coaching since September of 2015. She is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, has a USAW Olympic Weightlifting Certificate and is TRX Certified.

In addition to “regular hours,” Jessie teaches a 5AM class and loves to mix it up to keep her class members motivated and having a great time. She often prods her early morning class by telling them, “You can sleep when you’re dead!”
